What a great night we had ! My husband and I came in after a long sushi layoff and just had a blast. We used to frequent Sushi Roku often but have been traveling for work. First off , WOW what an improvement by adding the new booths. Looks amazing . Second, Michelle the new manager was fantastic ! She really went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic date night . The sushi was amazing as usual. It was night to see the same sushi chefs there . They are always welcoming . Thank you for a beautiful night . We will be back very soon!

I preferred this Sushi Roku over the others that I've visited in the past such as Newport Beach. The drinks during happy hour are very affordable ! The Martini was refreshing and classic. We enjoyed a variety of dishes but the whole tuna jalapeño roll was our favorite. The service was super attentive and friendly. The fluke sashimi with kumquat was very refreshing and I would definitely order it again.

First time dining at Sushi Roku-Manhattan Beach this past Saturday. The missus and I were famished after a sunset hike in PV, so we stopped here on the drive home. Started with two NEFT Vodka Martinis up, dry, slightly-dirty, extra olives. Ask Brittany to make 'em for you- she does a wonderful job. Appetizers were spicy tuna on crispy rice. Something crave-inducing came next- Brussel sprout leaves with a light dusting of tempura batter. I'd come back just for the Martinis and brussel sprout leaves. An assortment of nigiri and rolls followed. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. The neighborhood sushi places have seen their prices spike, so Sushi Roku is really no longer more expensive. Glad to add this restaurant to my rotation. Extra star for excellent service. GM Jeff, manager Ernie, and bartender Brittany took such great care of us that we felt like valued regulars, not first-time customers. Bon Appétit!

Yoko was super helpful with the menu . The fact they have sebass fish already turned me on! Great smell inside and very good vibes Beautiful design!

What an amazing experience! Our amazing server Paloma walked us through the menu, gave us great suggestions, and was attentive the entire night. Some of the dishes we enjoyed the most were the Baked Cod, Crispy Rice Wagyu, and Wagyu Beef Skewers. The Manager Jamie went above and beyond for my father's birthday to take care of us. Great food, atmosphere, and wonderful staff. Highly recommended from a person who grew up in the industry. They knocked it out of the park.

Food Visited this place on a thursday evening for happy hour with coworkers. Got me a beer, a tuna roll and some brussel sprout chips. The tuna roll was pretty standard, good rice texture and good freshness of the food, nothing really to make it stand out. The brussel sprout chips tho were really good. Nice and crispy with really good flavor. I would recommend getting this Service/Ambiance For happy hour, we were not allowed to sit inside due to our big party, so they sat us outside. It was quite cold but at least they had heaters on the patio. The staff were nice and accomodating and definitely a highlight of our meal. Food was served pretty quick

had a great experience at Sushi Roku. We usually visit the Santa Monica location, but since this new one opened close to home, we decided to give it a try. The ambiance and vibe are immediately noticeable--this location feels much more lively and trendy than the Santa Monica one. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially since we had a party of seven, including a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I ordered the deluxe sushi plate, which included sushi, scallops, and a cut roll. We also shared edamame. We got so much food that I didn't snap a picture of everything, but just know it was all fresh and tasty. We'll definitely be back for more sushi adventures!
